CIRCULAR

 Dear Parents,

 On behalf of the school managing committee I feel it will be most pertinent to share some  important matters pertaining to the school affairs especially of the reason for enhancing a minimal  tuition fee.
 As compromised with the staff of hiking their salary to 8% on the existing scale with effect from 1st  October, 2009, the impact on exchequer will be SR.1,568,981/- (October - March).
 If the tuition fee is increased for the 1st and 2nd child only SR.20 per month the derive will be  SR.938,340/- (two quarter impact).
 Even after increasing in tuition fees the glaring difference of SR.630,641/- is prominently pointing at  us seeking possible means to explore the sources.
 Therefore we are constrained to increase most reluctantly SR. 20 per month for the 1st and 2nd  child only in tuition fee being no avenue of alternative option in order to cover the deficit amount  with effect from 01st October 2009.
 We earnestly seek your cooperation in this matter for the smooth running of our institution.
