CIRCULAR

KG - VII

 Dear Parents,

 The following time-table will be observed during the final examinations from 4^th March to 16^th March '09.

 Reporting time  (Both Boys and Girls Section) –  7.30 a.m.

Dismissal time   (Both Boys and Girls Section)  - 11.30 a.m.

 Buses for the regular bus commuters will leave the Girls Section after examination at 11.30 a.m. and Boys Section at 11.45 a.m.  Students are requested not to come when there is no examination.

I would also like to inform you that 8^th, 10^th & 15^th March, 2009 will be non-instructional days for KG – VII.

 Results declaration for KG - VII    -  29^th March '09. Parents are requested to collect the results in person  during school hours  in both boys and girls section.

 The New Academic Year will start from 4^th April, 2009.  Admission for new academic year 2009-10 has been opened. Application forms are available in the School admission section from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
