CIRCULAR

Dear Parent,

 The weather condition in the month of June is very hot and especially after 1 p.m. and because of this, the Class Room air conditioners and Bus air conditioners are ineffective and the Children are feeling uncomfortable and they become restless.

 Hence, the School Managing Committee has decided to change the School timing from 1^st of June, 2009, by reducing the duration of a period by 5 minutes and the classes will start without assembly. Therefore, the timings from 1^st June, 2009 will be as follows:

         Girls Section                             7.15 a.m. to 12 noon

        Boys Section                             7.30 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

 The School buses will leave from Girls Section at 12.15p.m. and from Boys Section at 12.30 p.m. This timing will be observed till 7^th July, 2009 because the I Term Examination will start from 8^th July, 2009 for which the timing will be 7.30 – 10.30 a.m.

Note: The Thursday classes for IX-XII scheduled for 04.06.09 will be cancelled because of Parent Teachers Meeting on 05.06.09. Therefore, the unit test will be conducted on 3^rd June, 2009.
