 CIRCULAR

Class VI-XII

 Dear Parent,

Discipline of the School campus is very important part of the School curriculum.  To maintain high degree of discipline in the campus the following decisions has been taken.

1.      The students are not allowed to move around in the School campus without the permission slip from the class teachers. If they are found moving in the corridor, ground, or canteen, they will be punished and will be suspended for one week. There will also be a fine of Sr.5/- imposed.

2.     A surprise attendance will be taken in any period and if any body is absent in that period and present in the first period, then he/she will be punished accordingly.

3.     It is also decided that if the students involve in the vandalism/ destruction of school property then double the cost of the material will be fined to the student.

4.     The following fine punishment will also be imposed with immediate effect.

a.     Not wearing proper uniform – Sr.25/- will be fined

b.     For not wearing proper necktie    - Sr.10/- will be fined

c.      If the students are bringing mobiles or any costly jewels – mobiles will not be returned and they will be suspended for one week.

d.     Any rude behaviour in the form of foul language, violent and aggressive behavior will be punished- suspended for one week.

e.      Wearing Jeans, T-shirt is strictly prohibited and proper hair cut is must.

f.       The students are not supposed to bring objectionable materials like Mobiles, CDS, DVDs, etc., then the student will be suspended for one week and if the objectionable material is very serious, then they will be debarred from the school.

g.     The students involved in fighting or group fighting, then they will be debarred from the school.

h.     Any student misbehaves with any teacher or any employee of the school, they will be debarred from the school.

i.       If the students involve in damaging the bus fittings or indulge in any damage of school bus, the bus facility will be withdrawn.

j.       Every student is bound to speak English in the Class/School Campus. If they are found speaking in their Mother tongue, then they will be fined Sr.10/-

k.     Regular attendance in any class will be 75% in an academic year, which is mandatory.

l.       All the students should have an awareness of personal hygiene.
