CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

The School Managing Committee has decided the following:

1. Implementation of ERP solution for the school administration and most of the programme has already been automated. We have already started SMS system and Group E-Mail for effective communication with the parents. Now, we are going to implement Digital Identity Card to all the students along with their photographs.  For this purpose, we are having a photo session of individual child in our school, according to the schedule which will be informed in the classes. This is for your information.


2. Extension of the last date for payment of second quarter fees without fine to 21st October, 2009 for the convenience of the parents those who have gone for vacation.


3. We are also informing that you will be able to pay the tuition fees through Credit Card with immediate effect.
