CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

The Ministry of Health has instructed to all the Schools in the Kingdom, for giving Vaccination - H1N1, to all students. We have already started giving vaccination for classes KG – V. We now request you consent to give vaccination to your ward which will be starting from 17th of this month.
Parents are requested to vaccinate their children for the safety and health of their classmates, School staffs, family members and the community. If you wish to give vaccination to your children please inform, once again to the school authorities. If you have already given vaccination to your ward, please inform the respective class teachers by 16th January, 2010 on the pro-forma.
