CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

Please be informed that the First Term Examination will be held from 26th June, 2010, for classes I – XII, at Girls Section from 7.15 a.m. to 10.15 a.m. and at Boys Section from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m.

Buses for the regular bus commuters will leave the Girls section after examination at 10.45 a.m. and Boys Section at 11.00 a.m. 

Non-instructional days:

Please be informed that the School will observe 23(except for XI & XII Home Science Students), 27, 29, of June 2010 and 4, 6, 10,11,12 of July 2010, as non-instructional days for Grades KG to XII and the students are advised not to attend school when there is no examination.

Result Declaration:
The First Term Examination results will be declared on Tuesday, 13th July 2010 and Parents are requested to collect the Progress Reports between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.
Last working day and re-opening day:
The last working day for KG section will be 30th June, 2010 and for others (I – XII) the last working day will be Wednesday, 14th July 2010.  The School offices including the cash section will remain closed during the Summer Vacation and the School will reopen on Saturday, 18th  September 2010 with usual timings 7.15 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. in Girls Section and 7.30 a.m.to 1.30 p.m. in Boys Section respectively.
