CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

As you may be aware of the very sad incident that took place in IIS, Dammam regarding the death of a girl child who was locked inside the van and this has happened due to the negligence of the driver, who has not properly checked before he left the van. We have already sent a condolence message to the Principal of IIS Dammam, on behalf of the Management, Staffs, students and Parents. 

To avoid any untoward incident in future, the managing committee has taken the following steps and we request the parents to follow the below mentioned instructions to safeguard the interests of their children.

• Parents are requested to send SMS to their respective Teacher In-charges, or by e-mail to the Vice Principal at [email protected], if their child is not coming to the School. Since it is difficult for us to inform the parents with a huge strength of students, we are requesting the parents to send the information.
• Please instruct the private van/car drivers that they should check properly whether all children have left the van, before locking or parking their vehicle.
• We have also deputed our drivers to check the School buses/private vans or any vehicle near the school gate.
• If your child is having fever or not feeling well, you are requested not to send the child to the School.
• Parents are also requested to inform the Vice Principal (Admin)/Class Teachers the following information regarding their private van drivers, by email at [email protected]
• Van Driver Name
• His Mobile Number
• His Iqama Number
• Vehicle Number
