CIRCULAR (VI – X)
Dear Parents,

Summative Examination I for Classes VI – X will be starting from 28th September to 10th October, 2011. As per the instructions of CBSE, the Summative Examination is the first semester examination which is going to be included for final promotion of the students for all classes of VI – X. Classes IX & X question papers are set by CBSE and for Classes VI – VIII our teachers have set the question papers. Therefore, for Classes IX & X it is a part of Board examination. The performance of the children will be included in the final promotion for awarding the grade.

The School Management has taken the following decision for the smooth functioning of the examination.

1. The School timing during examination will be from 7.15 to 12 noon in the Girls and from 7.30 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. in the Boys. Hence, the students have to report as usual to the school in the morning, 7.15 a.m. in the girls and 7.30 a.m. in the boys section.
2. The examination timing will be from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
3. The Parent Teacher Meeting and the results of SAI for classes VI – X will be declared on 21st October, 2011 as per the following timings.
1. Boys                      4.30 – 6.30 p.m.
2. Girls                      5.30 – 7.30 p.m.
1. However, the corrected answer sheets will be shown to the children in the class room.
2. The School buses will leave the Girls section by 12 noon and from Boys section by 12.15 p.m. Parents are also requested to collect their children accordingly.
