CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

As you are aware that the Girls section was closed for more than 10 – 15 days due to shifting of Girls school to the new building and it is important to cover the portions and the number of working days especially for the CBSE examinations, as per their rule.  Therefore, the School Managing Committee has decided to have Thursday classes, compulsory for IX – XII sections for Girls section only for this month, so that the teachers can complete the portions before the pre-board examinations.

The classes will start from this Thursday, 8th December, 2011 and the timing will be from 7 a.m. to 12 noon.

Inconvenience caused in this regard may be regretted and we request you to co-operate to cover the portions, which are lagging behind.
